We have a pretty great structure at HDKP and with that comes lots of support! 

From the minute you show interest, our designated Corporate Recruiter is there to answer any questions and guide you through the first few days of your employment. 

On top of that, you have a Regional Manager, Area Manager, and Salon Management team that will get you prepared for any training you need or want. We want to hear your feedback, so we will do check-in's with you within your first 30 days several times - by survey, one-on-one meetings, and periodic assessments. 

Our stylists are the most important people in our world, because without them, we wouldn't be successful. Our structured support system is our way of making sure our VIPs feel taken care of, as they deserve!
